The research direction of Catalytic Polymerization and Engineering Research Center of Institute of Bioenergy and Process, Chinese Academy of Sciences is. design, synthesis and application research of functional polymer materials. The research team was established in 2015, led by Researcher Wang Qinggang, Executive Committee Member, Assistant Director, and Center Director. Researcher Wang Qinggang received his doctor’s degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry in 2010, and his supervisor is academician Tang Yong; From 2011 to 2015, worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Coal Research in Germany, under the supervision of Professor, a Nobel laureate in chemistry Benjamin List。 Since April 2015, he has been a researcher of the “Hundred Talents Program” of the Institute of Bioenergy and Process, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a “Mount Taishan Young Scholar Expert”, a doctoral supervisor in JACS, 30 papers have been published in international authoritative academic journals such as ACIE, and some of the technical achievements are currently being researched in engineering with companies such as Sinopec, Yanchang Petroleum, Zhejiang Province Petrochemical, Shaanxi Coal Group, and Linglong Tire.
The research group has sufficient research funding and a complete research platform construction. Due to the development needs of the synthesis and application of polyolefin rubber materials in the project, we are now recruiting several postdoctoral fellows. The specific requirements and benefits are as follows.
1. PhD student with a background in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer materials or rubber processing, proficient in relevant knowledge and comprehensive analysis methods, strong work ability, and has published relevant research papers in well-known SCI journals.
2. Has great enthusiasm and exploratory spirit for scientific research work, works diligently and steadfastly, and has a team spirit of collaboration.
3. The annual salary for postdoctoral fellows shall not be less than 200000 yuan, and after leaving the station, they will generally be able to stay and work in the institution. The annual salary shall not be less than 250000 yuan for central government institutions/provincial institutions in Shandong Province Province. In addition, there shall be a relocation allowance of 250000 yuan in Qingdao City, and performance bonuses for other projects shall be calculated separately.
4. Upon joining, employees are required to pay five social insurances and one housing fund, meal allowances, and travel subsidies in accordance with relevant regulations. In addition to national statutory holidays, there are also various paid holidays that comply with national laws and regulations, such as hot weather leave (nine days) and winter vacation (eighteen days).
5. Organize annual public medical examinations and other union welfare activities.
