Job description :
1、 Introduction

Chu Jun, researcher, Class A of the Hundred Talents Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (2015). The main research direction of the team is the imaging study of fluorescent probes and signaling pathways encoded by genes. Invited multiple times to review for journals such as Nature Methods and Nature Communications. Hosted key research and development programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as general funds from the National Natural Science Foundation, with a cumulative budget exceeding 12 million yuan. The team Have published over 20 high-level SCI papers, including one author and corresponding author in high-level journals such as Nature Biotechnology, Nature Methods, and Nature Communications. Applied for more than 10 invention patents and granted 5 patents.
2、 Research direction/job responsibilities
Research direction:
Development of optical probes for gene coding and optical imaging of signaling pathways;
Job Responsibilities:
Develop fluorescent probes with internationally advanced gene coding capabilities, and then track the spatiotemporal dynamics of key molecular activity under different stimuli in real-time within living tumors or brain neurons. The team Have accumulated more than ten years of experience in gene coding probes and optical urban-rural development, with rich scientific research experience, and can provide guidance and training for new employees. New employees will work under the guidance of PI for 3-6 months, and then independently carry out scientific research work to grow into research backbones who can lead the team;
3、 Qualifications for Employment
1. Have obtained or is about to obtain a doctoral degree; doctoral degree not exceeding three years, and no postdoctoral work in Guangdong Province;
2. Passionate about scientific research, diligent and hardworking, with good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills;
3. Professional fields such as cell biology, protein engineering, biochemistry, neuroscience, microbiology, etc; Have research experience and achievements in molecular cloning and cell biology related fields;
4. Good English reading, writing, and communication skills, with at least one SCI paper published in JCR Zone 1 or above journals in the field.
4、 Salary and benefits
1. Salary: Two years of employment, with an average annual salary of 300000 to 450000 yuan (including provincial and municipal subsidies), to be discussed in person;

Qualified candidates can apply for the national “Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program” with a total of 640000 yuan per person for two years, including 560000 yuan for postdoctoral living allowances and 80000 yuan for scientific research funding; B-level postdoctoral living allowance of 360000 yuan per person for two years; A postdoctoral living allowance of 240000 yuan per person for two years in the C category, which is not included in the provincial and municipal subsidies;
4. Guangdong Province Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Support Project (Top 200 overseas universities, with a duration of 600000 yuan/2 years and a housing subsidy of 400000 yuan/3 years after graduation, totaling 1 million yuan), this project does not receive provincial or municipal subsidies;
During the station period, one can apply for the “Dean Postdoctoral Selection Special Program” and receive a third year subsidy of 200000 yuan per selected candidate. They can also apply for the city’s postdoctoral apartment, talent housing, or a one-time housing subsidy of 20000 yuan, and receive the “Dean Postdoctoral Selection Special Support Certificate”.
6. After leaving the station, you can apply for the Shenzhen Postdoctoral Research Support Program, which provides 100000 yuan per year for a total of 3 years.
The relevant policies are mainly based on documents from Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City.
