Job description :
Recruitment requirements:
1. Proficient in radar, electronics, communication, and other related fields, familiar with the working system and principles of phased array radar, as well as the principles of radar ranging, speed measurement, and angle measurement;
2. Familiar with typical radar signal processing algorithms and mature technology applications, including but not limited to target detection and tracking, array signal processing, etc;
3. Familiar with one or several programming simulation software such as Matlab and C++, capable of conducting system simulation verification and data analysis;
4. Experience in the development of radar systems or signal processing, with priority given to algorithms related to drone countermeasures, bird detection, clutter suppression, etc;
5. Strong abilities in system technology demonstration, scheme design, reporting, system indicator decomposition, subsystem simulation, and design;
6. Obtaining a doctoral degree for no more than 3 years, possessing both academic and moral qualities;
7. Strong research ability, analytical ability, communication ability, stress resistance, professional dedication, and teamwork spirit;
8. Can work full-time in the company as a postdoctoral researcher.
Research field:
Technical demonstration, index decomposition, and related algorithm research of radar products
