Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2014, focusing on the research, development, manufacturing, and operation of new energy vehicle charging equipment. Its product line covers AC/DC equipment, charging gun heads, power modules, intelligent cabinets, battery swapping equipment, etc. It has core research and development capabilities in intelligent control, Internet of Things, and high power customization. To provide comprehensive services such as equipment, platform, user and data operation, light storage charging and discharging, green electricity trading, etc. to customers nationwide and even globally, and to provide equipment, platform, user and data operation services to customers worldwide. With the help of vehicle sales, private charging, public charging, financial insurance and other businesses, we aim to create a user charging full life cycle platform. In December 20, after review by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and in accordance with the spirit of the “Opinions of the Provincial Government Office on Promoting the High quality Development of Postdoctoral Work” (Su Zheng Ban Fa [20] No. 8), and after comprehensive evaluation, the establishment of Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd. Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base was approved. Since November 21, the Innovation Practice Base has admitted three resident PhDs. The postdoctoral innovation practice base of Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd. aims to provide research and development, manufacturing, and operation services for charging equipment and platforms, cultivate high-level researchers in the charging and energy industries, and is committed to exploring basic theories and forward-looking, strategic major topics in cutting-edge fields such as mobile energy networks, promoting technological innovation and development in the charging market and energy carbon industry. At present, the workstation has reached an agreement with Changzhou Science and Technology Bureau, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, National Natural Science Commission, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Jiangsu University, etc. to jointly cultivate postdoctoral researchers.
In June 24, the post doctoral innovation practice base of Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd. and the post doctoral research workstation of the Development Research Institute of Fudan University will carry out a joint post doctoral training project. It is expected to carry out cooperation in scientific research in the fields of smart charging network, energy internet, virtual power plant, including but not limited to the training of relevant talents, the publication of relevant high-level high-quality papers, the implementation of relevant theories, etc. We are now publicly recruiting postdoctoral researchers for the year 24, both domestically and internationally. Registration requirements.

Scanned copies of doctoral graduation certificate and doctoral degree certificate, or scanned copies of proof of doctoral graduation in 24; Doctoral students studying abroad must provide the “Recommendation Opinion of the Education Department (Group) of the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General” and a degree certificate issued by the Ministry of Education’s Service Center for Scholarly Exchange;

Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral students who have obtained a doctoral degree domestically or internationally within the past three years, or who will graduate before the end of December 24, or postdoctoral fellows who have graduated from other postdoctoral research stations (workstations);
2. Graduated from relevant majors such as electrical engineering, automation, energy and power, machinery, materials, information and communication, computer, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, etc., with a solid theoretical foundation, strong research ability, and professional dedication;
3. Under the same conditions, those with industry experience are given priority consideration;
4. For those with particularly excellent conditions, some recruitment requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
