Job Responsibilities:
Medical Manager
(1) Technical support for company research projects;
(2) Conduct clinical research, evaluate projects, and write papers;
(3) Responsible for technical research and training support for the company’s micro ecological products and NGS testing products;
(4) Assist the market and marketing in organizing academic conferences and promoting academic activities.

Job requirements:
1. PhD holders who have obtained their doctoral degree for no more than 3 years, or recent PhD holders who have successfully defended their doctoral thesis;
2. Research directions include but are not limited to oncology, developmental biology and regenerative medicine, molecular biology, neurobiology, bioinformatics, stem cell biology, biomaterials and other biological related fields, food and pharmaceutical fields.
3. Having a serious and responsible work attitude, self-motivated; Strong service awareness; Has strong learning ability, excellent literature search, literature reading, and literature summarization skills.
Postdoctoral treatment (please refer to the government’s doctoral management office document for postdoctoral subsidies in the current year)
1. Enjoy various policy subsidies in Guangzhou:
(1) During the postdoctoral period, the living allowance standard for postdoctoral fellows is 10 yuan per person per year (a total of 200000 yuan for two years);
(2) After leaving the station, postdoctoral personnel who have signed labor (employment) contracts with enterprises and institutions for more than 3 years will be given a settling in allowance of 300000 yuan, which will be distributed over two years;
(3) Purchase subsidy: Elite talents who meet the conditions will receive a maximum purchase subsidy of 2 million yuan based on 80% of the actual purchase amount. The housing subsidy has been distributed in equal amounts for five consecutive years.
(4) For outstanding doctoral students from outside the country, an additional 100000 yuan of international postdoctoral special funding will be provided;
2. Enterprise salary and insurance: Provide additional competitive salary benefits and welfare benefits such as social insurance and housing provident fund for postdoctoral personnel in the station, to be discussed in person.
3. Residency: 50000 yuan for doctoral students or personnel with associate senior or higher professional and technical titles
4. For postdoctoral fellows with outstanding research achievements and outstanding performance, enterprises will give priority to their admission based on the principle of two-way selection after leaving the station.
