Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
Engaged in research on management related topics related to Chinese management models (focusing on digital management, digital transformation, and small and medium-sized enterprise management), conducting case studies and research on management, and publishing special reports or achievements.
Job requirements.
1. PhD graduates from domestic and foreign universities, majoring in management related fields such as enterprise management, strategic management, organizational management, corporate culture, etc.;
2. Strong research ability and professional dedication, possessing strong organizational and coordination skills, comprehensive management skills, analytical and judgment abilities, and able to complete postdoctoral research work with due diligence and responsibility;
3. Strong ability to write research reports or works;
4. Priority consideration will be given to those who have applied for and led or participated as a core member in key projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, Social Science Foundation, or major national special projects;
5. Those who have hosted or participated as a core member in relevant field enterprise consulting projects and successfully accepted them will be given priority consideration.
