Job description ：
Recruitment requirements:
1. In the field of artificial intelligence deep reinforcement learning, familiarity with the principles and engineering methods of deep reinforcement learning, and experience in implementing artificial intelligence are preferred;
2. Understand the principles of radar equipment, communication equipment, electronic warfare equipment, navigation equipment, guidance equipment, and other related fields; Knowledge of usage methods, with relevant software development or simulation experience preferred;
3. Flight dynamics direction, familiar with the principles of flight dynamics kinematics, with relevant algorithm or software model design experience preferred;
4. Obtaining a doctoral degree for no more than 3 years;
5. Strong scientific research ability, analytical ability, communication ability, adaptability, professional dedication, and teamwork spirit;
6. Can work full-time in the company as a postdoctoral researcher.
