Post-Doctoral Research Center
Recruitment of inbound researchers in 22
Research direction.
Research and analysis of central air conditioning systems in buildings; Research and upgrade of building energy management system; Research on Building Intelligence and Automation Control;
Research and development of information systems in the field of big data.
Job Responsibilities.
1. Participate in the technical evaluation and scheme design of comprehensive projects according to the business development needs of the division;
2. Conduct research and evaluation on new technologies, participate in technology development and guidance work;
3. Cooperate with the CEO’s office to apply for relevant projects, and be responsible for the specific research work and completion of the projects, as well as intellectual property application work.
Job requirements.
PhD graduates majoring in computer big data, control, HVAC and electrical engineering;
Having worked on relevant system projects during graduate or doctoral studies, experience in independent design and development is preferred;
Has a rigorous and responsible research spirit, with a certain degree of obedience. Graduates are welcome to graduate in July 22 or before 22;
Having good professional ethics, dedication, and teamwork spirit, as well as excellent learning and communication skills.
Benefits and related policies.
During their tenure at Dashi, postdoctoral researchers are entitled to a fixed monthly salary and receive the postdoctoral living allowance and benefits stipulated by the Shenzhen Municipal Government;
2. Postdoctoral researchers are entitled to the same social and commercial insurance as current employees during their tenure at the station;
3. Provide good office conditions and necessary research start-up funds;
4. Build experimental platforms and research teams according to the needs of scientific research projects.
