Main responsibilities
1. Responsible for the research and development of postdoctoral projects
2. Responsible for querying information;
3. Responsible for conducting experiments and research on the project;
4. Responsible for writing papers;
5. Responsible for external cooperation and communication.
6. Responsible for participating in the company’s research and development work
7. Responsible for participating in the application development of relevant technologies in the company;
8. Responsible for participating in the relevant work of the research center.

Education. Doctoral student.
Qualifications. Possess a doctoral degree in related majors such as “Chemical Engineering”, “Chemical Engineering”, “Agronomy”, “Agricultural Resources”, “Plant Nutrition”, etc., and have a nationally recognized graduation certificate and degree certificate.
Skills.
a) Having a solid foundation in theoretical knowledge, high comprehensive quality, strong innovation ability, and the ability to creatively solve or handle related problems;
b) Talents with strong organizational and research management skills, as well as rich practical experience, who possess knowledge in the research and development of new energy source materials, chemical engineering, agrochemical engineering, and agronomy;
c) Ability to communicate effectively with employees, coordinate actions, possess strong cohesion and problem-solving skills;
d) Capable of grasping the current development status of the compound fertilizer industry at home and abroad and accurately analyzing future development directions, with strong foresight, and timely proposing clear research and development goals based on domestic and international and company realities;
e) High level of foreign language proficiency.
