Post-doctoral
1. Application requirements
(1) A doctoral student with a background and experience in organic chemistry, polymer physics and chemistry, polymer materials and engineering, chemical processes, and other related majors. They have a solid professional foundation and are proficient in applying relevant knowledge. They have published relevant research papers in SCI journals.
(2) Passionate about scientific research work, possessing the ability to think independently and solve problems, and good scientific literacy.
(3) Priority will be given to those with research experience in organic synthesis, polymer material synthesis and application, asymmetric catalysis, and chemical engineering projects.
2. Salary and benefits
Postdoctoral fellows who enter the station will receive competitive performance allowances, with outstanding candidates earning a total annual salary of 80-100 yuan
(1) Internal support;
Station entry subsidy: First class 600000 yuan/person, second class 400000 yuan/person, third class 200000 yuan/person.
In station sponsorship: Personal special allowances will be provided to selected individuals at a rate of 100000 yuan per person.
Postdoctoral fellows who receive entry or in station funding during their stay can apply for the “Outstanding Young Doctoral Talents” program at the research institute upon leaving. the selected candidates can be directly employed as associate researchers. The research institute will provide a scientific research start-up fund of 1 million yuan and a personal rental (purcHavee) subsidy of 500000 yuan.

(3) Research Institute Welfare
According to the social insurance and housing provident fund policies of public institutions, pay the five insurances and one fund.

3. Future development:
Post doctors can stay in the institute and work as a priority when they leave the station, and can be included in the establishment of the enterprise. The salary and treatment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shandong Province Province. After leaving the station, those who settle down and find employment in Qingdao can apply for the Qingdao Talent Settlement Subsidy of 250000 to 400000 yuan.
Postdoctoral fellows can also apply for the “International Talent Training Program” after leaving the research institute to work. The selected candidates will receive funding from the research institute and be sent to internationally renowned universities and research institutions for study and exchange. The funding amount is 200000 yuan per year, with a funding period of 1-3 years.
