Guangzhou Chuanger Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chuanger Biotechnology” or “the Company”) was established on August 20, 20. It is a national high-tech enterprise that masters the key technology of preparing naturally extracted active collagen biomedical materials, and integrates the research, development, production, and sales of collagen raw materials, medical devices, and biological skincare products. The company has the country’s first sterile Class III collagen patch dressing and has participated in the revision of national collagen standardization.
The company has established the Guangdong Medical Collagen Engineering Technology Research and Development Center, which helps to build a medical collagen technology exchange platform and strives to promote the vigorous development of the industry. As of 21, we have hosted 8 consecutive sessions of the “National Medical Collagen Industry Academic Forum” and have hosted and participated in projects such as the 863 Program, the National Torch Program, and the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium sized Enterprises.
Chuanger Biotechnology has a research and development expert team composed of high-level talents from both domestic and international sources, focusing on the fields of biomaterials, regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, cell biology, genetic engineering, functional foods, and other major health areas. They have rich experience in product development, industrial transformation, quality control, efficacy and safety evaluation, and other aspects.
With the approval of the Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Huangpu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the company has been approved as the Guangzhou Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base and the Huangpu District Postdoctoral Innovation Center, and has established the Guangzhou Chuanger Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Postdoctoral Workstation (hereinafter referred to as the “Workstation”).

With over 20 years of experience in the fields of biomedical materials, immunology, and cell biology, we specialize in the research and development of biomedical materials, genetic products, medical device products, cosmetics, and functional foods, as well as their efficacy and safety evaluations; Obtained the domestic senior professional title qualification certificate in 2007; Has rich experience in the integration of industry, academia and research; Multiple invention patents have been applied to industrialized products, including medical devices such as collagen sponges and collagen dressings.
Published over 60 professional papers in the field of scientific research, including PNAS, FASEBJ, EurJ Immunol, Molecular Therapy, Genome Biology, J. Mater. Chem, Heliyon, PLoSOne and other journals.
Has been a member of the American Association of Immunologists (AAI), the American Society for Gene and Cell Therapy, the American Cancer Society, the American Clinical Cancer Society, and the Shock Society, and has given speeches at international conferences organized by these associations multiple times. Has also received two travel allowance awards from AAI annual conferences for outstanding research papers. Has twice been awarded the title of “Excellent Science and Technology Talent in Bureau Management” by the Guangzhou Health Bureau, and has been recognized as a “Youth Skilled Worker” by the Guangzhou Health Bureau.
Formerly served as the Deputy Director of the Trauma Surgery Research Institute at Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital affiliated with Jinan University, a graduate supervisor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Jinan University, a visiting scholar at the Institute of Immunological Diseases at Harvard Medical School, a postdoctoral fellow and research advisor at the Health Science Center of Texas Tech University, and a senior scientist and project manager at Jackson Laboratories in the United States.
Recruitment requirements and research direction
Basic requirements: Obtaining a doctoral degree generally does not exceed 3 years, not yet formally arranged for a fixed workplace or not reporting to a workplace, having excellent academic performance and good physical health. Has good teamwork skills and the ability to independently carry out scientific research work.
Professional requirements: Biomaterials, Medical Devices, Molecular/Cellular Biology
● Research direction: (1) injectable self curing hydrogel, which can be used in orthopedics and stomatology;
(2) Other related research directions. The research topic should be in the field of applied technology, with the goal of new products, new technologies, etc. The technical indicators should be clear, have prospects for promotion and application, and be quantifiable and assessable. After leaving the station, employment can be chosen in both directions based on the willingness of the company and postdoctoral fellows.
Assessment criteria: During the postdoctoral period, stage assessments will be conducted jointly by the workstation or mobile station. Opening stage: Output market research report, technical roadmap, project planning; Mid term stage: Output product formulas, patents, physical, chemical, and biological performance evaluation results; Outbound stage: Output product technical indicators, the project is in the registration and inspection stage, and the biocompatibility and effectiveness evaluation of the product has been carried out. The specific assessment plan depends on the actual topic.
