Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Participate in project development work based on the requirements of new product development projects and existing product optimization and improvement projects.
2. Develop process routes, technical requirements, participate in trial production and collect and solve trial production problems.
3. Cooperate with production, quality, engineering and other departments to solve problems that arise during product production and customer use.
4. Collect cutting-edge information related to products, organize relevant technical research, and provide technical guidance and reserves for the upgrading of existing product materials.
Job requirements.
1. Graduated with a PhD in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Materials related majors.
2. Understand the future development trends of the industry and research directions in the fields of acrylic acid synthesis, polyurethane synthesis, and polyester synthesis.
4. Good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, dedication to work, and a strong pioneering spirit.
5. Rich experience in managing R&D teams is preferred.
