Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for planning and constructing the insulation technology platform, working closely with R&D engineers in foam materials, vacuum insulation materials, system design, etc., to plan the next generation insulation technology roadmap and specific implementation plans;
2. Be responsible for the establishment, implementation and achievement transformation of cutting-edge technology research projects for thermal insulation, especially to specifically promote the forward-looking technology research and development of polyurethane foam thermal insulation materials, including the formulation design and development of polyurethane functional materials and the pilot test of new material formulations, so as to realize the landing of new material technologies on products;
4. Be responsible for the improvement and optimization of polyurethane foam production process, improve product quality and production efficiency, and cooperate with the R&D team to solve technical problems in the production process;
5. Responsible for promoting technological research and development cooperation with universities, institutions, and upstream advantageous enterprises in the field of thermal insulation materials;
6. Track and research the latest developments in insulation technology, guide and train R&D engineers, and enhance the team’s technical level.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD with over 10 years of work experience in polymer material processing, polymer chemistry and physics, materials or chemical engineering, equipment and machinery. Possess basic knowledge and application research experience in related material formulations, master the process research and improvement of polyurethane foam materials, understand mold design, and think from a process perspective to improve the flowability and comprehensive performance of material formulations;
2. More than 5 years of experience in research and development of polyurethane foam materials, familiar with the application of refrigerator insulation materials;
3. Be familiar with the production process and equipment of polyurethane foam, and have the ability to solve technical problems independently;
4. Have good innovation ability and teamwork spirit;
5. Have good communication and project management skills.
