Job description.
1. Responsible for the application research and design of polyester polyols;
2. Responsible for the process and optimization of polyester polyol products;
3. Organize the development and implementation of improvement and new product project plans;
4. Establish technical specifications for raw material testing and products, and provide technical support and services related to the company’s products to production, customers, relevant departments, and personnel;
Priority consideration will be given to those responsible for the development of polyester polyol projects.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Master’s degree or above, educational background in polymer materials, materials chemistry, etc.;
2. Relevant experience in polymer synthesis research and development or technical work;
3. Possess solid theoretical foundation and technical research and development experience, able to independently analyze and solve product development and usage problems;
4. Possess fast learning ability, analytical and summarizing skills, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
