Job description.
1. In terms of design, preliminary research and introduction of polymer materials can be carried out
2. Exploration, screening, introduction, and guidance of polymer processing and raw material suppliers
3. Structural design and review of polymer components
4. Evaluation of surface treatment of polymer materials, analysis and solution of problems in the production process
5. Analysis and solution of performance related issues of insulation materials
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree;
2. Proficient in the physical parameters, chemical properties, and applications of various polymer materials;
3. Proficient in processing and surface treatment of various polymer materials, able to solve various process problems;
4. Proficient in standards and design considerations for different polymer materials in various structural designs;
5. Priority given to those with experience in researching insulation materials;
