Job description ：
1. Job responsibilities
Independently undertake research and development projects, lead project team work, and lead the project team to complete research and development tasks;
Based on the company’s development plan, propose new technology research and development project suggestions from a market perspective;
Responsible for the introduction and tracking of new product processes, as well as related technical support work.
2. Qualifications for the position
Doctoral degree, 3-5 years of experience in material research and development, excellent fresh graduates, 1-3 years of experience in research and development positions are all acceptable. Major in polymer materials, chemical engineering, and related fields; Master polymer synthesis, molding processing technology, PET functional masterbatch blending processing, material surface coating and other technologies; Familiar with the structural and performance characterization methods of polymer materials, with data analysis and processing capabilities; Proficient in literature review, designing and developing process routes, and able to solve problems in practical work. Priority will be given to those with project management experience.
