Job description ：
1. Responsible for the research and design of core technology innovation on the platform, ensuring that product technology meets user needs and addresses user pain points;
2. Conduct and complete research and design on the architecture layout and core components of air conditioning products, including motion mechanism design, duct related structural design, etc;
3. Serve as the project manager for core technology research on the platform, coordinating and coordinating the work of the project team in areas such as air ducts, performance, structure, electrical control, intelligence, health, and comfort;
4. Collaborate with the team, deeply participate in visits and research, and be able to complete product concepts and planning;
5. Responsible for coordinating the platform’s core technology with the planning team, development team, and engineering team
1. Doctoral degree with at least 5 years of work experience, or related air conditioning work with at least 1 year of work experience (excellent qualifications may be relaxed to a master’s degree with at least 8 years of work experience), possessing innovative thinking;
2. Major in mechanical design, materials, air ducts, refrigeration, etc., with experience in the research and development of air conditioning or similar products;
3. Candidates with experience as a project manager or product manager, possessing team organization and project management skills, as well as technical/platform research and product development experience are preferred;
4. Having a broad perspective, strong logical framework thinking ability, and a pioneering and innovative spirit;
5. Having product architecture, user thinking, and business thinking, with a recognition and pursuit of quality and humanized design.
