Job description ：
Due to development needs, the company plans to recruit doctoral students in polymer chemistry and organic chemistry to enter the company’s postdoctoral workstation. In addition to salary, postdoctoral fellows will enjoy a government subsidy of 500000 yuan, a housing ticket of 500000 yuan, and a home security subsidy of 120000 yuan during their stay. After leaving the station, they can be directly recognized as associate researchers/senior engineers according to the internal policies of Zhejiang Province Province. If they continue to work in Shaoxing after leaving the station, they will receive an additional 200000 yuan home security subsidy.
