Job Responsibilities.
1. Participate in academic research in the field of connectors and track the forefront of connector related technologies both domestically and internationally;
2. Capable of undertaking various scientific research tasks assigned by the company;
3. Actively participate in business learning, training, and various academic exchange activities of the joint-stock company, and undertake research tasks assigned by the unit.
Job requirements.
1. Graduates of previous doctoral programs in the fields of radio frequency, microwave, and communication related research.
2. Have basic knowledge of microwave transmission theory, signal transmission principles, mechanical theory, mechanical processing, product certification, patents, and standardization.
3. Proficient in using mechanical drawing software, simulation analysis software, and data analysis software.
4. Good organizational, coordination, and public relations skills, able to use English for technical information retrieval and retrieval.
