1、 Innovative talents
1. Doctoral degree.
2. Professional technical talents and management talents who hold senior positions in internationally renowned enterprises, or talents who have become major technical and commercial partners of domestic enterprises.
3. Experts and scholars who hold positions equivalent to associate professor or above in foreign universities and research institutions, possess high levels of scientific research and strong technological innovation capabilities.
4. Talents with technical skills who master key core technologies in the industrial field or can solve production process problems in products.
2、 Entrepreneurial talents
1. Obtained a degree overseas with a postgraduate degree or above.
