Job description :
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Plan core technology barrier goals, coordinate and promote the solidification of project results, and enhance technological competitiveness;
2. Research and explore basic technologies such as food and seasoning, including bacterial strains, fermentation, microorganisms, molecular biology, flavor, food ingredients, enzyme engineering, spectroscopy, and other directions;
3. Assess the risks of R&D projects and drive solutions;
4. Implement key project research and ensure the progress of R&D projects.
[Job Requirements]
1. Experience is not limited, familiar with professional knowledge such as food safety, food nutrition, fermentation technology, microbial metabolism, etc.;
2. Proficient in microbiology laboratory technology and instrument usage, with some experience in laboratory project management or enterprise product technology R&D team management preferred;
3. Strong communication, coordination, teamwork skills, sense of responsibility and ownership, and strong execution ability;
4. Meet the requirements of the food industry.
