1. Plan core technology barrier goals, coordinate and promote the solidification of project results, and enhance technological competitiveness;
2. Research on basic technologies such as food and seasonings, including fermentation fundamentals, bacterial strains, fermentation processes, biotechnology, and other research explorations;
3. Assess the risks of R&D projects and drive solutions;
4. Implement key project research and ensure the progress of R&D projects.
Job requirements.
1. Obtained a doctoral degree in food, biology, chemistry, and other related fields, with a solid foundation of knowledge;
2. Experience is not limited, familiar with professional knowledge such as food safety, food nutrition, fermentation technology, microbial metabolism, etc.;
3. Proficient in microbiology laboratory technology and instrument usage, with some experience in laboratory project management or enterprise product technology R&D team management preferred;
4. Strong communication, coordination, teamwork skills, sense of responsibility and ownership, and strong execution ability.
