1. Product development. Conduct organic synthesis process research (including impurity analysis of existing processes, impurity generation mechanism research, impurity control strategy research, etc.) and the full process research and development of organic synthesis route design, small-scale and pilot scale production based on the company’s development priorities and product structure;
2. Technical guidance and problem-solving. Apply relevant knowledge of organic chemistry to guide new projects, workshops, and other issues;
3. Laboratory construction and management. Based on the development needs of the company’s R&D platform, establish a professional R&D team and build a professional laboratory.
4. Project Planning and Execution. Participate in or be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of R&D projects to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
5. Technical exchange and cooperation. Conduct technical exchange and cooperation with domestic and foreign research institutions and universities, introduce advanced technology and management experience.
Catalytic Direction (Xinchang, Zhejiang Province)
1. Experimental design and execution. Design and execute carbonylation reaction experiments according to project requirements, including but not limited to ligand synthesis, optimization of reaction conditions, etc;
2. Ligand research. responsible for theoretical calculations and design of ligands to improve the efficiency and selectivity of carbonylation reactions;
3. Data analysis and interpretation. Conduct in-depth analysis of experimental data, interpret experimental results, and provide a basis for further research directions;
4. Project planning and management. Participate in or be responsible for research planning, design, and management of carbonylation related projects. Promote innovation in carbonylation reaction technology and explore new application areas.
Separation direction (Xinchang, Zhejiang Province)
1. Design and execute experiments. Participate in the experimental design of product separation processes, including but not limited to distillation, chromatographic separation, membrane separation, and other technologies; Execute and ensure the accuracy and safety of experimental operations;
2. Equipment operation and maintenance. Proficient in operating separation equipment in the laboratory, such as distillation columns, chromatographs, membrane separation systems, etc. And regularly maintain and calibrate the equipment to ensure stable performance;
3. Data collection and analysis. Timely and accurately record all data and phenomena during the experimental process, including key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate.

1. Product research. Based on market research information, combined with literature and patents, form a complete research report;
2. Formula research and development. Based on the company’s strategic development needs and research and development plans, carry out formula research work, design feasible experimental plans, optimize process conditions, develop testing methods, and obtain specification products that meet customer and market demands;
3. Data analysis and problem-solving. Conduct in-depth analysis of experimental data, explain experimental results, and provide a basis for further research directions;
4. Product market application. docking with clients, providing solutions to product application defects, and helping customers achieve application effects;

Flow field simulation direction (Xinchang, Zhejiang Province)
1. Responsible for modeling and computational analysis of equipment or systems related to project design in different fluid media;
2. After completing the simulation calculation, write relevant reports to record the analysis process and results;
3. Applying CFD analysis and design results to the design and optimization work of actual projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation;
4. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the company’s simulation platform, and coordinating the development of the company’s simulation work;
5. Having relevant professional knowledge and skills, such as proficiency in modeling software, CFD technology, and familiarity with various simulation software such as FLUENT, CFX, NUMECA, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, etc.
Biological Fermentation Direction (Shangyu, Zhejiang Province)
1. Carry out strain modification using Escherichia coli and other chassis cells, including metabolic engineering modification of chassis strains, construction of synthetic pathway plasmids, and enzyme modification;
2. Responsible for or involved in metabolic engineering and synthetic capacity screening of microbial strains, as well as optimization of fermentation conditions;
3. Complete the analysis, organization, and archiving of corresponding experimental results, and jointly discuss innovative research and development plans;
Polymer Direction (Shangyu, Zhejiang Province)
1. New Product Research. Responsible for conducting technical research on new products in related fields of the company, collecting technical information on similar products at home and abroad, and participating in the formulation of technology development strategic plans for research and development projects;
2. New product research and development. responsible for the research and development of new products, including but not limited to the synthesis, performance evaluation, and application development of polymer materials;
3. Technical breakthroughs and product development. solving key technical problems in the development and processing modification of special polymer new products, promoting the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements;
4. R&D project management. Develop project R&D goals and plans, organize the execution of related R&D projects, and complete R&D project tasks according to the plan;
5. Team building and talent development. Participate in the talent development and team building of the R&D team, provide technical guidance and professional training for team members;
6. Technical report writing. Write technical research reports and R&D project reports to provide a basis for company decision-making.
Fermentation Technology Direction (Suihua, Heilongjiang)
1. Development of fermentation process for the company’s new products, including optimization of culture medium and fermentation process, etc;
2. Develop innovative research and technological transformation projects, and follow up on their implementation to continuously enhance product competitiveness;
3. Resolve technical issues that arise during the fermentation production process of existing products to ensure stable production;
4. Participate in the talent cultivation and team building of the R&D team, provide technical guidance and professional training.
Job requirements.
1. Professional requirements. Chemical engineering, organic synthesis, organic chemistry, food, separation, analysis, crystallization, food, safety, synthetic biology, biomolecules, genetic modification, enzyme engineering/catalysis, metabolic engineering, fermentation, polymer and other related majors or research directions;
