Job Description.
Engaged in research on green buildings and low-carbon related fields in the construction industry, studying the design methods of passive and active building technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as energy-saving control of building energy systems. Study the carbon emission intensity of low-carbon energy systems at the urban scale; Conduct research on zero energy and zero carbon building technology routes in different climate zones.
Job content.
Responsible for optimizing the design of passive and active energy-saving and low-carbon technologies for green buildings;
Responsible for optimizing the operation of building HVAC systems;
Responsible for the design and control optimization of energy systems in urban areas;
Responsible for collecting cases of near (net) zero energy buildings and preparing relevant standards;
Participate in demonstration projects related to green and low-carbon buildings;
Participate in the formulation of standards related to green and low-carbon buildings;
Participate in the application and acceptance of scientific research government funding or horizontal projects in the unit where you work;
Responsible for writing papers and patents during the scientific research process.
Qualifications for the position.
Graduate degree or above in architectural technology, HVAC, thermal energy and power engineering, with priority given to hiring doctoral candidates;
Familiar with active and passive technologies related to green buildings, and have a certain ability to read drawings;
Familiar with various building energy consumption and carbon emission calculation software such as EnergyPlus, TRNSYS, Modelica, etc
Familiar with various building energy technology operation and control, and possess certain programming skills;
Capable of independently undertaking scientific research projects;
Proficient in writing technical reports and engineering documents;
Strong innovation consciousness, teamwork spirit, language expression and communication skills;
Good conduct, strong professional dedication and sense of responsibility.
