Job description :
Research content.
1. Establish a reliable finite element simulation model for metal processing, quantitatively predict and analyze the factors affecting tool wear during the processing;
2. By systematically analyzing the wear process and wear morphology of cutting tools, explore and reveal the wear mechanism of cutting tools;
3. Based on the working load and wear mechanism of the tool, optimize the tool processing technology (chip amount, speed, lubrication conditions, coating, etc.) and the material of the processed mold, improve the surface processing quality of the mold parts, and extend the life of the mold;
4. Conduct research on tool surface strengthening technology, study the influence of tool materials (tool substrate materials, coating materials) and tool surface states on tool wear, and optimize tool processing parameters to improve tool wear resistance and service life.
Topic objective.
1. Establish a set of tool selection standards suitable for on-site machining machines;
2. Reduce the cost of using cutting tools;
3. Improve the service life of cutting tools;
4. Develop reasonable tool processing parameters (speed, feed rate, cutting amount) to form standardization.
