Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for selecting the technical route for detecting rare gene mutations, fusion genes, and other detection systems, as well as designing and optimizing the MAP (a new PCR technology) system;
2. Responsible for leading project R&D team members to use PCR, fluorescence quantitative PCR, molecular hybridization, sequencing and other technologies to detect clinical specimens and accurately analyze the results;
3. Responsible for establishing a validation and testing system for new testing projects, technologies, and platforms;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in medical laboratory, molecular biology, medicine, biology or related fields;
2. Having experience in gene amplification laboratory work and holding a primary inspector certificate is preferred;
3. Having rich operational experience, strong hands-on ability, analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred;
4. Strong research spirit, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous patience, good at communication and teamwork.
