Job description ：
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for guiding the development and review of the company’s technical management system and technical regulations and standards;
2. Responsible for planning and implementing the company’s new technology introduction and product development work, ensuring technological advancement and competitiveness;
3. Responsible for organizing the preparation of company technology related reports and long-term plans for company technology development;
4. Responsible for guiding, handling, coordinating, and resolving technical issues that arise in company projects, ensuring the normal progress of projects, and ensuring the timely completion of company project plans;
5. Responsible for organizing professional evaluations of technological achievements and their economic benefits;
6. Responsible for reviewing technical solutions.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Major in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Materials, with a doctoral degree or above.
2. Having a solid professional foundation and strong professional thinking, able to independently research topics;
3. Strong English literature search and reading/writing skills.
4. My main research direction is water-based paint and water-based coatings.
