Job description ：
Duty.
1. Responsible for guiding the development and review of technical management systems and technical regulations standards;
2. Responsible for the planning and implementation of new technology introduction and product development work, ensuring the advancement and competitiveness of technology;
3. Responsible for organizing the preparation of technical reports and long-term plans for technological development;
4. Responsible for guiding, handling, coordinating, and resolving technical issues that arise during the project, ensuring the normal progress of the project, and ensuring the timely completion of the company’s project plan;
5. Responsible for organizing professional evaluations of technological achievements and their economic benefits;
6. Responsible for reviewing technical solutions.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD or above in polymer materials, metal materials, mechanics, mechanical automation and related majors.
2. Having a solid professional foundation and strong professional thinking, able to independently research topics.
3. Have the ability to search for literature and read and write in English.
