Job description ：
1、 Job Responsibilities
1. Research and development work on nano silicon-based negative electrodes, hard carbon negative electrodes for sodium ion batteries, or solid electrolytes (choose one of the three);
2. Product development, optimization, and problem solving in segmented directions;
3. Innovation in material technology, introduction of new products, research on cutting-edge technologies, etc;
4. Basic research on battery materials (performance analysis and evaluation applications).
2、 Job requirements
1. PhD degree, major in chemistry, physics, materials, or related fields (not required for battery materials)
2. No work experience required
3. Recruiting 10 people+

1. Founders or external experts regularly or irregularly share and guide on special topics
2. Participate in external and national projects
3. Full process participation in R&D projects, more systematic and comprehensive growth
4. Upon joining, lead the research and development project team (including members with master’s and bachelor’s degrees)
