Job description.
1. Organize market technology research based on the company’s product application direction and market demand orientation, and participate in the research and development of new products and technologies, as well as feasibility studies and analysis.
2. Coordinate and solve various technical problems that arise during project implementation, and promote the transformation of the company’s research and development achievements into industrial applications.
3. Manage the progress, cost, and other aspects of the company’s ongoing projects to achieve individual and team research and development goals.
Job requirements
1. PhD degree, major in materials chemistry, physical chemistry, electrochemistry or related fields;
2. Priority will be given to those who focus on research in lithium-ion positive and negative electrode materials (ternary, lithium cobalt oxide, silicon carbon, etc.), solid-state or semi-solid state batteries, etc. during their school or employment period;
3. Priority will be given to those with 1-5 years of work experience in the same industry and position as new energy lithium batteries;
4. Strong communication and expression skills, English can be used as a working communication language;
