Research content. Based on the precision machine vibration disk, study the motion trajectory, influencing factors, and simulation technology application of the sorting material path.
1. Research on the spatial morphology of components in vibration discs;
2. Modular design of vibration disc components;
3. Combining simulation technology with CAD design
4. Disassemble the vibration disc parts and machine them into shapes on machining centers or multi axis machining centers.
Topic objective.
1. Design the ideal shape of the material sorting channel and generate a three-dimensional model diagram to standardize the design module.
2. Process module parts and transform manual tapping discs into assembled vibration discs.
Job requirements.
1. Mechanical and electrical related majors;
2. Engaged in research in the fields of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering;
3. Having a simulation background;
4. Has good teamwork spirit and strong communication and coordination skills; Serious and rigorous work attitude, proactive and positive.
