Job description ：
Duty.
1. Responsible for planning and promoting the implementation of metal material technology routes;
2. Responsible for the development of new metal material applications, solving application problems, and coordinating supplier resources;
3. Responsible for the construction of metal material standard system and database;
4. Responsible for solving material related issues (including material properties, forming processes, surface treatment processes, etc.) in the research and mass production of metal materials, ensuring compliance with project cycle requirements and product quality requirements;
5. Responsible for failure analysis and improvement plan promotion related to metal materials.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Background in Metal Materials or Materials Science and Engineering;
2. Familiar with key knowledge points related to metal materials, forming processes, and surface treatment processes, such as alloy composition design, heat treatment, electroplating, PVD, and other related knowledge principles; Familiar with the detection and evaluation methods of metal product related properties (mechanical properties, metal structure);
3. Good communication and coordination skills;
4. Priority will be given to those who have experience in corporate cooperation and scientific research projects;
