Job description ：
Duty.
Based on Hongfa products, research the following content.
1. Study the deformation mechanism, influencing factors, and corresponding methods of plastic parts, as well as how to quickly determine the main cause of plastic part deformation;
2. Study the mechanism and separation process of plastic sprue separation, and guide the improvement of sprue residue;
3. Research on issues such as glass fiber orientation, floating fibers, and glass fiber residue at the sprue of plastic materials;
4. Study the mechanism of injection molding, material decomposition, solidification, gas, etc., and guide the improvement of problems such as burnt parts and burrs;
5. Research on injection molding flow equilibrium;
6. Establish a scientific and complete set of design and trial analysis methods;
7. Establish knowledge of factors affecting plastic deformation How；
8. Provide guidance on improving the deformation of at least three shell components.
Requirement.
1. Materials Forming related majors;
2. Having a background in material theory;
3. Having experience in injection molding research;
4. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Has good teamwork spirit and strong communication and coordination skills; Serious and rigorous work attitude, proactive and positive.
