Job description :
Main research content.
① Research on simulation technology for high-frequency characteristics of high-frequency relays, providing data reference for the design of high-frequency relays;
② Research on real-time online testing technology for high-frequency characteristics of high-frequency relays;
③ Study the impact of high-frequency loads on high-frequency relays, clarify the failure modes and mechanisms of high-frequency load electrical durability.
Research objective.
① Establish a high-frequency relay high-frequency characteristic simulation scheme to provide data reference for the development and design of high-frequency relays;
② Establish a set of high-frequency relay high-frequency characteristic online detection equipment;
③ Establish a knowledge base for the failure mechanism of high-frequency load electrical durability of high-frequency relays, providing design basis for the development of high-frequency relays.
