Job description ：

Based on Hongfa tube shell products, study glass sealing, glass performance characterization, and influencing factors.
1. Establish a research platform and performance characterization method for glass sealing;
2. Research on advanced glass sealing technology both domestically and internationally;
3. Based on practical product development cases, apply advanced glass sealing technology research results to guide product design;
4. Establish a complete set of glass sealing methods;
5. Know How to establish the influencing factors of glass sealing performance;
6. The performance of glass sealing products is comparable to that of similar products in the same industry both domestically and internationally, guiding the research and development of at least one product.
Job requirements.
1. Inorganic non-metallic materials related majors;
2. Having a theoretical background in glass sealing;
3. Experience in glass sealing and stress simulation research;
4. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Has good teamwork spirit and strong communication and coordination skills; Serious and rigorous work attitude, proactive and positive.
