① R&D and Design. Responsible for the R&D and design of environmental protection equipment, conducting in-depth research on cutting-edge technologies of environmental protection equipment, proposing innovative R&D solutions to meet continuously improving environmental standards and market demands.
② Project management. Lead research and development projects, develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure that projects proceed according to plan, while managing project teams and coordinating cooperation between departments.
③ Technical research and support. Track the latest technological developments in environmental protection equipment, conduct technical pre research and feasibility analysis, and provide technical decision support for the company; Provide technical support to solve technical problems encountered during research and development, production, installation, debugging, etc., to ensure the normal operation of equipment..
④ Document writing. Write technical documents, research reports, patent applications, etc., record research and development achievements, and protect the company’s intellectual property rights.
[Job Requirements].
① Education and professional background. Possess a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in the field.
② Work experience. Have practical work experience in the field of environmental protection equipment research and development, familiar with the research and development process and technical requirements of environmental protection equipment.
③ Skills and abilities. Proficient in 3D mechanical design software, simulation analysis software, etc., with the ability to independently design equipment and conduct simulation analysis; Strong innovation ability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork ability; Having good communication and expression skills, able to write high-quality technical documents and reports.
④ Professional ethics. Possessing a positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to withstand certain work pressure, possessing good teamwork spirit and stress resistance.
