Job description :
Duty.
1. Electroplating quality control and testing. researching how to effectively monitor and control the quality of the electroplating process, including developing new testing methods;
2. Electroplating process simulation and emulation. Predicting and optimizing the electroplating process through mathematical models or computer simulations, establishing an evaluation mechanism for electroplating process parameters;
3. Electroplating process optimization.
3.1 Optimization of Electroplating Process (Research on Gold Plating of Silver Magnesium Nickel Spring Plates)
Using silver magnesium nickel material as the substrate, study the influencing factors of the quality of the gold plating layer on the contact resistance and anti adhesion of the silver magnesium nickel spring;
3.2 Electroplating Process Optimization (Research on Nickel Replacement Prevention of Electroplating Pure Gold)
Based on the partial gold plating process of the UPP3528 tube shell product, this study investigates how to prevent the nickel plating layer from replacing the gold reaction when electroplating pure gold on the product lead out pin without power supply to the shell;
3.3 Electroplating Process Optimization (Research on Stable Control of Chemical Nickel Plating)
Find the balance point between the plating solution cycle and the stable control of electroless nickel plating, to achieve the benefits of non abnormal electroplating and economy.
Job requirements.
1. Chemistry related majors;
2. Background in material anti-corrosion, chemical surface treatment theory, and reagent formulation research;
3. Has good hands-on ability and teamwork spirit, strong communication and coordination skills; Serious and rigorous work attitude, proactive and positive.
