Research content. Based on Hongfa products, study the mechanism, influencing factors, and elimination mechanism of bending scratches.
1. Establish a research platform and characterization method for bending scratches;
2. Quantitative characterization of bending scratches;
3. Case studies combining actual mold development; Apply the research results of bending and abrasion to guide mold design.
Topic objective.
1. Establish a complete set of characterization methods for bending scratches;
2. Establish the influencing factors of bending and abrasion How；
3. Guide the development of at least one mold.
Job requirements.
1. Materials Forming related majors;
2. Having a background in material theory;
3. Having experience in cold stamping research;
4. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Has good teamwork spirit and strong communication and coordination skills; Serious and rigorous work attitude, proactive and positive.
