Job description ：
Duty.
Based on Hongfa products, study the mechanisms, influencing factors, and mechanisms for eliminating bending scratches and reducing rebound dispersion.
1. Establish a research platform and characterization method for bending scratches, as well as a research platform and characterization method for bending rebound;
2. Quantitative characterization of bending abrasion and bending rebound;
3. Case studies combining actual mold development; Apply the research results of bending abrasion and bending rebound to guide mold design;
4. Establish a complete set of characterization methods for bending scratches and bending rebound;
5. Establish the influencing factors of bending and abrasion How、 Factors affecting bending rebound How；
6. Guide the development of at least one mold.
Requirement.
1. Mechanical and material forming related majors;
2. Having a background in material theory;
3. Having experience in cold stamping research;
4. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Has good teamwork spirit and strong communication and coordination skills; Serious and rigorous work attitude, proactive and positive.
