1. Research and development of aquaculture technology.
Responsible for researching and developing new aquaculture technologies to improve the yield and quality of aquaculture.
Design and optimize breeding plans for different aquatic animals and breeding modes.
Monitor changes in water quality during the breeding process to ensure the stability of the breeding environment.
2. Research and development of tailwater treatment technology.
Focusing on the research and development of tailwater treatment technology to reduce the impact of aquaculture wastewater on the environment.
Design, test, and optimize the tailwater treatment plan to ensure that wastewater discharge meets environmental standards.
Explore ways to utilize wastewater resources and improve the efficiency of water resource utilization.
3. Technical support and services.
Provide technical support to farmers and solve technical problems encountered during the breeding process.
Regularly conduct technical training to enhance the technical level and environmental awareness of farmers.
4. Project management and team collaboration.
Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring related research and development projects.
Work closely with team members to ensure the smooth progress of research and development work.
[Job Requirements]
1. Educational background.
PhD or above in aquaculture, environmental science, biotechnology, etc.
2. Professional skills.
Proficient in the basic principles and techniques of aquaculture and wastewater treatment.
Capable of conducting independent scientific experiments and research.
3. Work experience.
Priority will be given to those with relevant work experience.
For fresh graduates, if they have relevant internship experience or excellent academic achievements, they can also be considered.
4. Personal qualities.
Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Capable of adapting to fast-paced work environments and possessing strong resilience against pressure.
Have a strong interest and passion for aquaculture and environmental protection.
