Job description ：
Job content
1. Responsible for the company’s semiconductor research and development projects, identifying, evaluating, and resolving risks during the project development process, and developing corresponding response strategies to ensure the smooth progress of the research and development projects.
2. Development of one of the application areas of GaN power/optoelectronics/RF;
3. Develop and execute corresponding project research and development plans;
4. Responsible for team building, daily and performance management;
5. Identify, evaluate, and address risks in the project development process, and develop corresponding response strategies;
6. Responsible for writing patent documentation related to extended research and development;
7. Other matters arranged by the leader.
specific requirement
1. PhD degree, majoring in semiconductor related fields such as physics, microelectronics, and materials science.
2. Good communication and expression skills, proactive, skilled in learning, and full of team spirit.
3. Priority is given to those with semiconductor knowledge.
4. Proficient in operating office computer software.
