1. Project planning. Based on industry development trends and the company’s cutting-edge technology research and development strategy, develop medium – and long-term development plans for cutting-edge projects to ensure the company maintains sustained development advantages in new technologies.
2. Project implementation. Based on the strategic planning of the new product, build a research and development platform, design experimental plans and organize implementation, output effective experimental results, enrich the company’s technical reserves, and maintain the company’s leading position in the industry.
3. Technical support. Assist the business unit in technical exchanges of new technologies according to customer needs; Assist the Technical Management Department in the application and acceptance of government and enterprise projects; Provide research and development related technical support for high-tech enterprises and related honor applications of various bases and subsidiaries.
4. Personnel training. Participate in the training of newly hired R&D engineers and laboratory engineers to ensure that they meet the skill requirements of their positions.
5. Intellectual Property. Write project related patent technology disclosure documents, assist in patent applications, and ensure the smooth implementation of intellectual property layout work.
6. Development plan. Participate in writing cutting-edge technology industry analysis reports, develop and implement annual research and development plans for projects, and enhance understanding of industry related trends. 7. Internal training. Participate in internal knowledge and safety training and sharing within the department, develop training plans and content, and implement them to enhance the professional competence and safety literacy of department personnel.
[Job Requirements].
1. PhD degree, background in chemistry, chemical engineering, and electrochemistry;
2. Have a profound understanding of professional knowledge in physics, chemistry, materials science, etc., and have a deep understanding of the research and development content during the doctoral or postdoctoral period;
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as practical hands-on abilities;
4. Strong organizational planning, communication and coordination skills, good adaptability and execution ability.
5. The company has established a postdoctoral workstation, which will be used as a postdoctoral position to conduct research related to electrochemistry;
