Job description ：
Responsible for project management of pharmacological and toxicological research on new/marketed varieties of CR Sanjiu traditional Chinese medicine, including
1. Including project evaluation, scheme writing, process supervision, and experimental report review;
2. Responsible for screening, coordinating, and maintaining cooperation between the company and preclinical research units, coordinating the preparation and handling of experimental samples, and addressing various issues that arise during the process to ensure that preclinical experiments are completed as planned; Ensure the scientificity, compliance, progress, and quality of research projects;
3. Assist in preparing application materials for drug registration (new and supplementary applications); Maintain good communication with relevant departments such as NMPA/CDE and industry experts to ensure the smooth implementation of the project;
4. Lead the research and project approval work for new projects in the company, providing professional advice in the fields of drug efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and toxicology;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
