Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1、 Responsible for the design of peptide molecules, peptide protein docking, research/project approval;
1. Responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of research and development projects in the fields of chemistry and AI for the company;
2. Timely, complete, and accurate reporting of project progress to superiors, and submission of project progress reports.
2、 Responsible for building the AI platform for Huarong Pharmaceutical, designing peptides and small molecules for existing projects, screening new projects, and training design personnel;
1. Participate in the entire process of target research related work.
2. Responsible for building the Huarong Pharmaceutical AI design platform, which can be applied to optimize candidate compounds for existing projects and conduct initial screening of new project compounds.
3. Train and lead subordinate designers to advance specific projects.
4. Responsible for various competitions or presentations focused on AI design, as well as other business arranged by the general manager.
3、 Participate in the company’s financing, cooperation, and external public relations promotion;
1. Responsible for the company’s external speeches and defenses;
2. Responsible for company patent applications, government support funding/policy applications, and various “enterprise certification” work.
4、 Participate in the organizational structure building of Huarong Pharmaceutical, talent introduction, and enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness.
1. Participate in the company’s talent introduction work;
2. Participate in the company’s talent development work.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree holders from universities both domestically and internationally;
2. Chemical related majors, familiarity with computer-aided drug design is preferred;
3. More than 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 2 years of team management experience preferred, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry;
4. International perspective, English communication skills, and work experience in overseas pharmaceutical companies or universities are preferred.
