Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. According to the drug formulation research plan, responsible for the research of project technical data, prescription development and process research, as well as the writing of application materials;
2. Develop formulation projects and solve bottleneck problems in the research process of drug formulations, guide personnel within the project team in related work;
3. Record experimental data in detail according to drug development standards and organize and output experimental reports;
4. Reasonable use and maintenance of experimental instruments and equipment.
Job requirements.
1. Pharmaceutical related major, doctoral degree;
2. Proficient in the experimental principles, skills, and equipment usage of pharmaceutical preparations, with strong abilities in literature search, prescription screening, and scientific research;
3. Capable of enduring hardships, possessing good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
