Job description.
1. Independently use analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc., responsible for the quality research of new drugs;
2. Develop and implement drug quality research plans (establish drug quality research methods, conduct methodological validation), and conduct product stability studies;
3. Responsible for conducting experimental data analysis and integration work, and independently completing the writing of experimental reports and original records;
4. Collaborate with the R&D project team and department to assist the new drug project manager in organizing and writing application materials;
5. Participate in the formulation of quality standards;
6. Perform daily use and maintenance of experimental instruments and equipment, assist in troubleshooting, and control and manage analytical instruments through regular maintenance, preventive maintenance, and other methods;
Job requirements.
1. Pharmaceutical analysis, analytical chemistry or pharmacy related majors, doctoral degree.
2. Master experimental skills in drug quality research, understand the basic properties and reaction mechanisms of common drug analysis, and possess certain scientific research abilities;
3. Capable of enduring hardships, possessing good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
