Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for research and development of perovskite related technologies, including but not limited to the preparation of new perovskite materials, structural optimization, and performance enhancement;
2. Responsible for the development of perovskite thin film battery products and processes, and formulating a technical roadmap plan for perovskite thin film batteries;
3. Conduct project evaluation and risk analysis to provide technical support and guidance for the smooth progress of the project;
4. Responsible for the research and development of structural design and process implementation of perovskite batteries.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in materials science, chemistry, photovoltaics, semiconductors, electronic science and technology, or related fields;
2. Having experience in research and development of technology projects and academic research in the field of perovskite solar cells, possessing strong technological innovation and R&D capabilities;
3. Familiar with instruments, equipment, software, and characterization methods related to perovskite batteries.
