Director of Perception Algorithm
Responsible for leading the perception team to deliver the research and engineering implementation of deep learning based environmental perception algorithms.

Job requirements.
PhD degree, with over 5 years of experience in deep learning algorithm research and implementation projects;
Experience in successfully developing deep learning algorithms in areas such as visual object detection, tracking, semantic/instance segmentation, and depth estimation;
Deeply understand the iterative process of data-driven algorithms and master at least two mainstream frameworks such as PyTorch, TesnorFlow, Caffe, etc;
Proficient in Python/C++for over one year.
Experience in leading teams and managing projects.
Bonus points.
Model compression, deployment experience on embedded terminals; Experience in accelerating frameworks such as NCNN, MNN, TensorRT, etc.
