Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Product development and expansion, including research and development small-scale, pilot scale, and preliminary application research;
2. Compilation of technical documentation related to the product development process;
3. Cooperate with the production department to maintain the corresponding products, including samples of raw materials, resolution of abnormal production process issues, and improvement of formulation processes;
5. Cooperate with the marketing department to conduct customer visits and collect market information.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in chemistry, applied chemistry, organic synthesis, polymer materials or related majors;
2. Have a solid theoretical foundation and relevant experimental skills;
3. Agree to work at the postdoctoral innovation practice base.
