Job description ：
Duty.
1. Lead the system development process of product development projects and complete project delivery;
2. Lead the complete technical evaluation and verification process of technology development projects, and form conclusions;
3. Overall scheme evaluation of optical systems, guiding the optical design process of optical engineers;
4. Undertake customer requirements externally, responsible for communication and technical exchange, translate them into technical solutions internally, and ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, major in optoelectronic information or optical engineering related fields;
2. Experience in optical system design, with experience in projects related to laser devices, optical fibers, and MEMS systems is preferred;
3. Have a certain foundation in using optical design software;
4. Experienced in interdisciplinary, optomechanical, electrical and thermal system projects for optimization;
5. Having good logical thinking, learning ability, problem-solving ability, communication and teamwork skills;
6. Positive, optimistic, responsible, achievement oriented, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
7. English proficiency level 4 or above is preferred as a working language.
